Tools Khajana ("we", "us") operates the website https://toolskhajana.com offering 40+ free online utilities. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Most of our tools (image resizer, PDF merger, calculators, color converter etc.) run entirely in your browser. We do not see, store or transmit the files you process.
Our AI tools (Resume Builder, PDF Chat) send your input to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We do NOT write your resume / PDF / question to our database or disk. The data is processed in-memory and discarded immediately after the response is returned. Anthropic's data usage policy is at anthropic.com/privacy — they do not use API submissions to train their models.
If you log in via Google Sign-In, we only receive your email address as a unique identifier. We do not see your password.
We use cookies for: dark-mode preference (local storage), Google Analytics (anonymised), and Google AdSense (personalised ads). You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner. See cookie details below.
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google may use the DoubleClick DART cookie to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out at google.com/settings/ads.
Our web server (nginx) logs the IP address, page URL and timestamp of each request. These logs are retained for 7 days for abuse prevention and are then deleted.
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
